All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
We make every effort to display colours and product images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee your device screen will display colours exactly as intended.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical issues. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues or violation of these Terms.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Please allow up to 30 days from dispatch before a parcel is considered lost. If your order has not arrived within this period, contact us and we will investigate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather disruption, strikes or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with UK consumer law.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Custom Printed and Made to Order Items
Custom, personalised or made to order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
Care Instructions and Liability
All garments must be washed inside out on a cold wash and air dried.
We accept no responsibility for damage caused by incorrect washing, tumble drying, ironing directly onto print, misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLANK GENERATION CLOTHING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
