Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days. During busy periods this may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD (depending on order) tracked services unless otherwise stated. Tracking details will be provided where applicable so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
United Kingdom delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
International delivery can take 7 to 21 working days depending on destination and customs processing.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date of dispatch before a parcel is considered lost. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, weather disruption, strikes or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. However, we will always assist in resolving any delivery issue where possible.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage costs may apply for redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
For lost parcels, we will open an investigation with the courier before issuing any replacement or refund.
Customs and Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items may be shipped separately depending on stock location or availability.

Returns
At BLANK GENERATION CLOTHING, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the information below.
Your Right to Return
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back once your return has been approved.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn and unused
• Be unwashed
• Be in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free from marks, odours, pet hair or damage
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Custom or personalised products
• Made to order items
• Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the issue along with your order number.
If confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair or full refund in line with UK consumer rights.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is faulty.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to stock availability. If you require a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
